Danielle has over 15 years’ experience working with property investors to minimise tax liability via capital allowances when acquiring or developing commercial property as either an owner or occupier.
After qualifying as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with Taylor Woodrow Construction, Danielle worked in Deloittes Real Estate Tax Team to take her ATT qualification and specialise in Capital Allowances.
Danielle moved to CBRE’s cost consultancy team in central London, gaining a further 7 years experience of all aspect’s capital allowances tax relief.
