We do not charge a fee until we have identified capital allowances for your business to claim.  We discuss each property on a case by case basis before forming a detailed proposal and outline of the works we will provide.  Typically our services look like this :

Identifying the potential value of a claim

We will carry out checks to quantify your capital allowances opportunity.  Often this starts with a discussion with you about the property. This includes checks with the Land Registry and historical owners to draft the tax history of a property.  If we are reviewing new capital expenditure we will ask for detailed breakdowns of the works. By then, we will have an estimate of the likely tax relief available to benefit from.

Detailed proposal of works

We work on a percentage of the capital allowances identified, therefore if no capital allowances are identified no fee will be charged.

Survey

This is a non-invasive survey, where we will walk around your property with you to maximise the capital allowances available and validate the capital allowances claim.

Completion

We will agree a time frame for returning your report and ensure that you are kept informed of our progress through to final completion.
